Examples of Executed Written Consent in a sentence

  • Target shall provide the Stockholders with notice of the actions taken in the Executed Written Consent, including the approval and adoption of this Agreement, the Acquisition and the other transactions contemplated hereby in accordance with Section 228(e) of Delaware Law.
