Exclusive Negotiation Agreement definition

Exclusive Negotiation Agreement means an agreement entered into between the Agency and a private developer whereby the parties agree to negotiate for a set period of time, and to refrain from negotiating with others, for the development of a particular site.
Exclusive Negotiation Agreement means the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement, dated February 24, 2006, by and between Asahi and CoTherix.
