Exclusive Market definition

Exclusive Market means all applications in which the Developed Products are used for the primary purpose of secure human identification, including, but not limited to, those used as an implantable device.
Exclusive Market means all retail stores in the Territory and all wholesalers serving those retail stores.
Exclusive Market means the sale of Products to United States hospitals, medical clinics, physician groups and other wholesale drug markets in the United States.

Between the "Effective Date" and October 1, 2002, the "Exclusive Markets" shall be available to MJC only on a non-exclusive basis, and as of October 1, 2002, the "Exclusive Markets" shall become exclusive to MJC.
