Excluded Wastes definition

Excluded Wastes means highly flammable substances, regulated hazardous wastes, , certain pathologic and biological waste, explosives, radioactive materials, petroleum, regulated medical waste, sewage sludge, coal ash, or any other waste excluded by an applicable Environmental Law or excluded by any of the terms and conditions of the Permits. This term shall also include such other Solid Waste materials which the Company and the County determines in its sole discretion, to pose an unreasonable risk to the operational safety of the Facility, the employees thereof, public safety, or the environment. The Company shall not expand this definition by amending any regulatory Permits.

Examples of Excluded Wastes in a sentence
