Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.
Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.
Shared Transport is defined as local interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one Carrier, including Qwest, between End Office Switches, between End Office Switches and Tandem Switches (local and Access Tandem Switches), and between Tandem Switches within the Local Calling Area, as described more fully in the Agreement.
Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.
Excluded Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

Excluded IP has the meaning assigned to such term in the U.S. Security Agreement.
Excluded Shares means the (a) Common Shares owned by Parent, Merger Sub or any other Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Parent, the Company or any Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, and in each case not held on behalf of third parties, and (b) Dissenting Shares.
Excluded Holder means (a) any Person who at the time this Plan was adopted was the beneficial owner of 20% or more of the outstanding Common Stock; or (b) the Company, a Subsidiary or any Employee Benefit Plan of the Company or a Subsidiary or any trust holding Common Stock or other securities pursuant to the terms of an Employee Benefit Plan.
Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
Excluded Person means each Defendant, the directors and officers of each Defendant, the subsidiaries or affiliates of each Defendant, the entities in which each Defendant or any of that Defendant’s subsidiaries or affiliates have a controlling interest and the legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.
Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.
Excluded Persons means (A) the Company or any Regency Entity; (B) a trustee or other fiduciary holding securities under an employee benefit plan of the Company or any Regency Entity; (C) an underwriter temporarily holding securities pursuant to an offering of such securities; or (D) a corporation owned, directly or indirectly, by the shareholders of the Company in substantially the same proportions as their ownership of stock in the Company.
Excluded Affiliate means any Affiliate of any Agent that is engaged as a principal primarily in private equity, mezzanine financing or venture capital.
Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.
House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.

Excluded Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).
Excluded License means an open source or other software license that requires, as a condition of license, use, modification, distribution or conveyance, that (a) the code be disclosed or distributed in source code form; (b) others have the right to modify or create derivative works of it; and/or (c) the code becomes redistributable at no charge.
Combination Product means any product that comprises a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product sold in conjunction with another active component so as to be a combination product (whether packaged together or in the same therapeutic formulation).
Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
