Excluded Know-How definition

Excluded Know-How means all Know-How owned or Controlled by Seller or one of its Affiliates other than the Included Know-How, including without limitation Know-How related to Seller's product(s) other than the Products.

Excluded Know-How means, without limitation, all processes, expertise, technology, documentation, records, technical information, know-how, trade secrets, designs, drawings, manufacturing techniques and operational information, whether or not patented or patentable, that are owned, licensed or under the control of Licensor, and which are not reasonably necessary for use in the Licensee Field of Use.

Excluded Know-How means Know-How related to Ardelyx’s proprietary platform technology known as Ardelyx Primary Enterocyte and Colonocyte Culture System.

More Definitions of Excluded Know-How
