Excluded Investment Products definition

Excluded Investment Products means any capital markets products that belong to a class of capital markets products listed in the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Capital Markets Products) Regulations 2018;
Excluded Investment Products means any capital markets products mentioned in paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Capital Markets Products) Regulations 2018;
Excluded Investment Products or “EIPs” means any capital markets products that belong to a class of Capital Markets Products listed in the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Capital Markets Products) Regulations 2018 and as defined in MAS Notice SFA 04-N12: Notice on the Sale of Investment Products and MAS Notice FAA-N16: Notice on Recommendations on InvestmentProducts. “Excess Funds” shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 23 of the Customer Agreement. “Expert Investor” shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in the SFA. “Fees” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 13 of the Customer Agreement. “Force Majeure Event” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 29.7 of the Customer Agreement. “Gross Negligencein relation to a person, shall mean a standard of conduct beyond negligence whereby that person acts with reckless disregard for the consequences of a breach of duty of careowed to another. “Institutional Investor” shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in the SFA. “Instructions” shall mean any Customer’s communication, instruction, order, message data or information transmitted to us by the Customer or their Authorised Person/s, electronically through or pursuant to the Platform or otherwise referable to your Access Methods, or any information delivered to us, including both online or offline by any methods including but not limited to oral, phone, email, internet or any other electronic means or written form, as well as any instruction, request or order to revoke, ignore or vary any previous request or order in respect of a Transactionor Account. “Intermediary” shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 14.1 of the Customer Agreement. “Intermediary Default” shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 14.3 of Customer Agreement. “Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money Laundering” shall mean the prevention of money laundering, tax evasionand the countering of financing of terrorism.
