Excluded Facility definition

Excluded Facility means a LTC Facility that a Company owns, Controls, operates, leases, subleases or manages during the term of this Agreement, which is either identified on Schedule A-2 (as updated from time to time) as being excluded from the scope of this Agreement, or which is not (pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) subject to or added to, as applicable, this Agreement. “Original Excluded Facilities” mean the Excluded Facilities on the Effective Date as identified on Schedule A-2.

Excluded Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Excluded Facility has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.20(a).

More Definitions of Excluded Facility

Excluded Facility means any Facility as to which the Existing Master Lease has been terminated prior to the Divestiture Closing Date as more fully set forth in Section 14.6 of the Existing Master Lease.

Excluded Facility or "FACILITIES" shall mean each of the health care facilities described on Schedule 7 attached hereto.

Excluded Facility means the real property and plant located at 601 Redna ----------------- Terrace, Cincinnati, Ohio, to the extent that such real property and plant is purchased by the Borrower for an amount not exceeding $6,000,000 and subsequently sold by the Borrower on or prior to March 31, 1999, pursuant to a transaction in which the Borrower enters into a lease agreement with the purchaser of such real property and plant (such lease agreement to contain the lien waivers referred to in Section 7.1.14) on terms no less favorable in any -------------- material respect than the terms of the existing lease agreement for such real property and plant.
