Excluded Day definition

Excluded Day shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).
Excluded Day means each Business Day during a Pricing Period where the lowest intra-day trading price of the Common Stock is less than the Trigger Price.
Excluded Day means a day which is Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday (within the meaning given by the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997) or any other day on which the principle offices of the Council are closed.

More Definitions of Excluded Day

Excluded Day means a day specified as an excluded day in directions given under section 120; and
Excluded Day means a day which is a Sunday, Good Friday or a day which is a public holiday;
