Excluded Cost definition

Excluded Cost shall have the meaning given thereto in Section 1 of this Financial Appendix.
Excluded Cost means the sum of (a) the actual construction costs (net of insurance proceeds, but including the applicable deductible) necessary to repair and restore damage caused by a Force Majeure Event with respect to the Improvements to a Construction Period Property to the condition of such Improvements immediately prior to such Force Majeure Event plus (b) the Excluded Indemnity Amount.
Excluded Cost means, except as allowed for in the Costs or as may be otherwise agreed by Kāinga Ora, any of the following:

Examples of Excluded Cost in a sentence

  • Landlord further agrees that Landlord shall provide Tenant all information, documents, or materials in regards to negotiations for any items identified as an Excluded Cost and shall provide Tenant the opportunity to materially participate in any negotiations in regards to any Excluded Cost item.

  • The cost of such maintenance and repairs will be included in Operating Costs, except to the extent such costs constitute an Excluded Cost.
