Excluded Companies means, as of any date of determination, any Consolidated Affiliate or Unconsolidated Affiliate of PPT determined in a manner reasonably acceptable to Agents whose (a) individual contribution to the calculation of Total Assets as of such determination date constitutes less than fifteen percent (15%) of Total Assets, and (b) aggregate contributions to the calculation of Total Assets as of such determination date constitute less than twenty percent (20%) of Total Assets.
