Exchange Senior Notes definition

Exchange Senior Notes means senior notes issued under the Senior Notes Indenture in exchange for Senior Notes, which Exchange Senior Notes are substantially identical to the originally issued Senior Notes and shall be issued pursuant to a registered exchange offer in compliance with the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement; provided that in no event will the issuance of any Exchange Senior Notes increase the aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes theretofore outstanding or otherwise result in an increase in the interest rate applicable to the Senior Notes theretofore outstanding.

Exchange Senior Notes means the securities issuable by the Company in exchange for the Senior Notes pursuant to the Senior Notes Registration Rights Agreement.

Exchange Senior Notes means the Senior Notes issued in the Exchange Offer pursuant to Section 2.06(f) hereof.

More Definitions of Exchange Senior Notes

Exchange Senior Notes shall have the meaning provided in the Credit Agreement.
