Exchange Right definition

Exchange Right has the meaning provided in Section 8.05(a) hereof.
Exchange Right has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
Exchange Right means the exchange right of a Limited Partner described in Section 8.6 and to be set forth in one or more Exchange Rights Agreements.

Examples of Exchange Right in a sentence

  • The Exchange Right shall be and remain vested in and exercisable by the Trustee.
