Exchange ID definition

Exchange ID means an ID that is provided to the Exchange in order to identify a Seller that will trade under the Exchange.
Exchange ID. Means an ID that is provided to the Exchange in order to identify the Company that will trade under the Exchange “Fees” Means the fees payable by the Company or Subscriber to the Bank for the Collection Services excluding the usual bank charges and taxes and more particularly set out in Item 6 of the First Schedule hereto and which term shall include any revised fees which may be determined by the Bank at its absolute discretion from time to time.
