Excess Usage Charges definition

Excess Usage Charges means the fees payable for Internet Usage over and above the Monthly Usage Allowance as specified in the Billing Policy or Pricing Schedule. Facility means the equipment, infrastructure and or devices that are not any part of Your Equipment by which the Service is provided to you.
Excess Usage Charges means the excess charges for usage in excess of that permitted under an Agreement, as set out in a Rental Agreement Schedule under the headings “Standard Mileage or Tyre Wear Allowances” and “Fridge Engine Hours Allowance”,

Examples of Excess Usage Charges in a sentence

  • All Traffic used in the previous 30 days will count towards the Monthly Usage Allowance applicable to the varied Service for the purposes of determining whether Excess Usage Charges are payable.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement and except as otherwise provided upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay the fees and expenses for the Enterprise Solution set forth on the applicable Order Form, including without limitation any reimbursable expenses relating to the Enterprise Solution to be provided under this Agreement and any applicable Excess Usage Charges (collectively, “Charges”).

  • CVF shall have no obligation or liability to remit to Manufacturer the Excess Usage Charges with respect to any CPU Agreement except out of the Excess Usage Charges actually received by CVF.

  • There are certain sites on the Internet (Exempted Sites) from which you can Download without the Usage counting towards your Monthly Usage Allowance and, if you do reach your Monthly Usage Allowance, downloads from these Exempted Sites are not affected by Excess Usage Charges or Shaping and can continue to be downloaded at High Speed.

  • Subject to paying the Fees as shown in the Order Form and all other charges (including any Excess Usage Charges) when due and payable, the Customer will be entitled to use and allow each relevant authorised Alarms User to use the allocated Vatix Protector Alarm Device(s) for the term of the Subscription for that device.

  • There are certain sites on the Internet (“Exempted Sites”) from which you can Download without the usage counting towards your Monthly Usage Allowance and, if you do reach your Monthly Usage Allowance, downloads from these Exempted Sites are not affected by Excess Usage Charges or Shaping and can continue to be downloaded at High Speed.

  • If at any time any payment by a User of Excess Usage Charges is refunded by CVF to such User (e.g., because estimated meter readings were too high) or if such payment is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by CVF upon the insolvency, bankruptcy, or reorganization of such User or if any User payment is returned unpaid by the bank, Manufacturer shall return to CVF any amounts paid to Manufacturer by CVF out of such refunded, rescinded or returned payment.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment (and excluding any interest capitalised on Subordinated Loans).
