Excess Tax Revenue Account definition

Excess Tax Revenue Account means an account established by the City into which Excess Tax Revenues are deposited pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.3 and 2.4 for the purpose of paying Project Costs or reimbursing Project Costs expended by the Tenant for the Initial Construction Costs of the Ballpark.
Excess Tax Revenue Account means an account established by the City into which Excess Tax Revenues are deposited pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.5 for the purpose of paying Project Costs or reimbursing Project Costs expended by the Tenant for the Initial Construction Costs of the Ballpark.
