The redemption price for Units held by a Limited Partner that suffered a Death/Disability Event and the calculation and payment of any Excess Redemption Amount shall be determined in the same manner as ordinary redemption requests, except that the General Partner shall waive the five percent (5%) early redemption penalty in connection with Units held for at least one (1) year but less than two (2) years.
