Excess Principal Collections definition

Excess Principal Collections means, as the context requires, ---------------------------- either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which, in accordance with subsections 4.05(b)(ii), 4.05(c)(ii) and 4.05(f) of the Agreement, may be applied to Principal Shortfalls with respect to other outstanding Series or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series which the applicable supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Excess Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover Principal Shortfalls with respect to the Investor Certificates.

Excess Principal Collections means the amounts equal to the balances referred to as such in Sections 4.6(b)(ii) and 4.6(c)(ii).

Excess Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.04.

• Excess Principal Collections available from other Group One Series allocated to the Series$ -6.

More Definitions of Excess Principal Collections

Excess Principal Collections means, with respect to a Distribution Date, the aggregate amount for all outstanding Series of Principal Collections which the related Supplements specify are to be treated as "Excess Principal Collections" for such Distribution Date.

Excess Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in ---------------------------- subsection 4.05(c) of the Agreement.

Excess Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables allocated to a Series which are not required to fund payments to or for the benefit of Holders of such Series on the related Distribution Date, as determined in accordance with the terms of the applicable Indenture Supplement.

Excess Principal Collections for all Series other than Series 1997-1, shall have the meanings specified in the Supplements for such Series and for Series 1997-1, shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.06(b)(i) or (ii) hereof.

Excess Principal Collections means, as the context requires, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificate which, in accordance with subsection 6.15(c) of the Agreement, may be applied to the Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series which the applicable supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Excess Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover Principal Shortfalls for all Series which amount for all Remaining Excess Principal Sharing Series, including Series 2002-CC, shall not exceed the amount of Remaining Excess Principal Collections.

Excess Principal Collections means, with respect to each Monthly Period, all Collections of Principal Receivables allocated to the Senior Facility remaining after such Collections of Principal Receivables are applied and distributed in accordance with the Indenture Supplement for the Series related to the Senior Facility.

Excess Principal Collections means, for any Collection Period, the amount of Principal Collections allocable to each Series remaining after all required payments of principal have been made for the related Payment Date to the Principal Funding Account for such Series or to the Noteholders of such Series or a Class of such Series.
