Definition of Excess Injection Charge


Excess Injection Charge means the amount a Customer shall pay to Bobcat for each Dth of Gas delivered to Bobcat for injection into storage in accordance with Section 2.2 of Rate Schedule FSS pursuant to an executed Firm Storage Service Agreement.

Pipeline shall endeavor to inject such additional quantities to the extent confirmed, on an interruptible basis, subject to the scheduling provisions of Section 11A.4 of the General Terms and Conditions and subject to Customer's payment of the applicable Excess Injection Charge.
