Excess Fuel definition

Excess Fuel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.07 hereof.

Excess Fuel means with respect to each day the amount (expressed in BTUs, at higher heating value) equal to the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount of fuel consumed in the Facility and the Existing Plant on that day for the production of steam for the Customer and the generation of electricity, over 20,000 dekatherms.

  • To the extent that the actual Fuel Burn Rate exceeds the Planned Fuel Burn Rate for any month, then Midwest will calculate the Excess Fuel Cost as follows: Midwest will invoice SkyWest for the Excess Fuel Cost, if any, on a monthly basis, and deduct any Excess Fuel Cost from the next payment due to SkyWest pursuant to Section 5.02(b).
