Excess Finance Charges definition

Excess Finance Charges shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.9.
Excess Finance Charges for the Card Series for any month, means the aggregate amount of Card Series Finance Charge Amounts available after giving effect to Sections 3.01(a) through (k) for such month.

More Definitions of Excess Finance Charges

Excess Finance Charges means, with respect to Series 1996-E, amounts allocated pursuant to Section 4.05 of the Agreement to Series 1996-E.

Excess Finance Charges shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.05. “Excess Funding Account” shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02. “Exchange Act” shall mean the Securities Act of 1934, as amended.
