Excess Concentration Assets definition

Excess Concentration Assets means, as of any date of determination during a Borrowing Base Cure Period, those First Lien Loan Assets that are Eligible Loan Assets designated by the Servicer (or, if the Servicer does not make such identification, designated by the Administrative Agent) that when included in the calculation of “Concentration Limits” would result in amounts exceeding the limits set forth under subclauses (b)(ii) and (e)(ii) of such definition, but would not result in amounts exceeding the limits set forth under subclauses (b)(i) and (e)(i) of such definition; provided that the Servicer and the Administrative Agent shall only designate an Eligible Loan Asset as an Excess Concentration Asset if such Eligible Loan Asset has (and each Excess Concentration Asset must maintain at all times) an Assigned Value greater than or equal to 85%.

  • Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

All houses contain some radon, and a few houses will contain much more than the median concentration. The only way to accurately assess long-term exposure to radon in a specific house is through long-term testing (sampling the indoor air for a year or more). The EPA recommends that all homes be tested for radon. Columbia University's "Radon Project" website offers help to homeowners in assessing the cost vs. benefit of testing a specific house for radon or modifying it for radon reduction (see http://www.stat.columbia.edu/~radon/).

  • Alcohol concentration means the number of grams of alcohol per:

  • Net concentration means the difference between the concentration of a given substance in a sample taken of the discharge and the concentration of the same substances in a sample taken at the intake which supplies water to the given process. For the purpose of this definition, samples that are taken to determine the net concentration shall always be 24-hour composite samples made up of at least six increments taken at regular intervals throughout the plant day.

The Administrative Agent hereby agrees that International Business Machines Corp. shall have a Special Concentration Limit of 11%.

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Derived air concentration (DAC) means the concentration of a given radionuclide in air which, if breathed by the reference man for a working year of 2,000 hours under conditions of light work, results in an intake of one ALI. For purposes of these regulations, the condition of light work is an inhalation rate of 1.2 cubic meters of air per hour for 2,000 hours in a year. DAC values are given in Part 4, Appendix 4B, Table 4B1, Column 3.

  • Excess valuation assets for a valuation period means, with

  • Background concentration means such concentration of that substance as is present in:

  • Concentration means the weight of any given material present in a unit volume of liquid. Unless otherwise indicated in this permit, concentration values shall be expressed in milligrams per liter (mg/l).

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Daily Concentration means the concentration of a substance as measured in a daily composite sample, or, arithmetic average of all grab sample results defining a grab sample average.

  • Concentration Limit means at any time for any Obligor, the product of (i) such Obligor’s Specified Concentration Percentage, times (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of the Eligible Receivables included in the Receivables Pool at the time of determination.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors.

  • iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;

  • Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.

  • Stored value means monetary value that is evidenced by an electronic record.

  • Concentration Limitations has the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.

  • Concentration Limits has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.03(a) hereof.

  • Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);
