Excess Cash Flow Payment Amount definition

Excess Cash Flow Payment Amount means for any financial year an amount equal to (x) 50 per cent. of Excess Cash Flow for such financial year less (y) the permanent reductions to the advances and loans under the Senior Bank Credit Agreement required to be made from such Excess Cash Flow for such financial year pursuant to clause 10.1 of the Senior Bank Credit Agreement.
Excess Cash Flow Payment Amount means, as of each Sweep Calculation Date, an amount equal to 100% of Excess Cash Flow

  • The first Excess Cash Flow Payment Amount shall be paid within 30 days of the delivery of the quarterly financials for the fiscal quarter ending in February 2017.

Excess Cash Flow Payment Amount means, as of each Sweep Calculation Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) Excess Cash Flow and (b) the Excess Cash Flow Sweep Percentage.
