Exceptional quality biosolids definition

Exceptional quality biosolids means biosolids that have received an established level of treatment for pathogen control and vector attraction reduction and contain known levels of pollutants, such that they may be marketed or distributed for public use in accordance with this chapter.
Exceptional quality biosolids means biosolids that meet the pollutant concentration limits in Table 3 of WAC 173-308-160, and at least one of the Class A pathogen reduction requirements in WAC 173-308-170, and at least one of the vector attraction reduction requirements in WAC 173-308-180.
