Examination Fee definition

Examination Fee has the meaning set forth in the Schedule.
Examination Fee means the fee for registering and securing admission to an examination. It is inclusive of the fee payable for the statements of marks as may be prescribed by the HiCET from time to time.
Examination Fee means the fee charged to sit an examination.

  • Such initial Examination Fee shall be deemed fully earned at the time of payment and due and payable upon the closing of this transaction, and shall be deducted from any good faith deposit paid by Borrower to FINOVA prior to the date of this Agreement.
