Examples of Ex-US Countries in a sentence

  • During the Sanofi Option Period, Sanofi shall have an exclusive option (the “Option”) to participate in the Development and Commercialization of the Licensed Products for the KaloBios Field as described in this Section 4.9 in either (i) the Ex-US Countries as described in Section 4.9(b); or (ii) the Ex-US Countries and Fifty Percent (50%) of the US Territory as described in Section 4.9(c).

  • In addition, in the event that Virobay proposes to grant a security interest to a Third Party licensee in any of the Virobay Patents in any country of the world other than the Key Ex-US Countries, then Virobay shall not grant such security interest without also granting ▇▇▇ the same priority in such Virobay Patents as the security interest proposed to be granted to such Third Party licensee.
