Upon the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall resign, as of the date of such termination, from all positions he then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the board of directors (and any committee thereof) of EWT Holdings I Corporation (“Holdings”) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company Group”).

EWT may also terminate for default if Seller becomes insolvent or makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors or commits an act of bankruptcy or files or has filed against it a petition in bankruptcy or for reorganization proceedings.
EWT is not obliged to accept shipments sent C.O.D. without its consent and may return them at Seller's risk and cost.
This Order is not exclusive and Seller agrees that EWT and/or its affiliates may, in their sole discretion, purchase products and/or services from a third party vendor that are similar or identical to the products and/or services covered under this Order.
