evidentiary record definition
evidentiary record means all documents, including evidence and submissions, filed in connection with a proceeding whether filed prior to, or during, the proceeding. The public evidentiary record, found on the BCUC’s website, does not include documents that are subject to a confidentiality order of the BCUC;
evidentiary record means a record specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1;
