Examples of EVC Plan in a sentence

  • Except for the Company’s 2008 fiscal year and as otherwise provided herein, any bonus described in this Section 4.2 will be paid according and subject to the terms of the EVC Plan under which it was awarded.

  • You will participate in the Executive Variable Compensation ("EVC") Plan (or any successor bonus plan) and your target will not be less than 100% of your annual paid salary.

  • You will participate in the Executive Variable ------------ Compensation ("EVC") Plan (or any successor bonus plan) and your target will not be less than 100% of your annual paid salary and your maximum potential award under the EVC Plan will be 200% of your EVC target.
