Evaluation Visit definition

Evaluation Visit means a visit of up to 10 days made by one or more persons appointed or nominated by the Authority to the country where the Project is being delivered and will comprise of a series of interviews with stakeholders involved in the Project;

Evaluation Visit or “EV” means the evaluation of the operation and overall condition of a Customer’s Imaging System by an authorized Xenogen service technician to determine such Imaging System’s suitability for a new or upgraded Service Program.

Examples of Evaluation Visit in a sentence

  • The method and timing of the Evaluation Visit, and the Evaluation of the Project, will be at the Authority’s discretion.

  • Within sixty (60) days of receipt of such request and payment, Xenogen will schedule and conduct an Evaluation Visit for such Imaging System.
