Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor definition

Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor means the author of the evaluation or appraisal constituting an Evaluation/Appraisal.
Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor means the author of the evaluation or appraisal constituting an Evaluation/Appraisal. “Event of Default” has the meaning specified in Section 14 hereof.

Examples of Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor in a sentence

  • To Seller’s knowledge, such Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor was licensed in the state where the Mortgaged Property is located, had no interest, direct or indirect, in such Mortgaged Property or in any loan made on the security thereof, and such Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor’s compensation was not affected by the approval or disapproval of such Underlying Mortgage Loan.

  • To Seller’s knowledge, such Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor was licensed in the state where the Mortgaged Property is located, had no interest, direct or indirect, in such Mortgaged Property or in any loan made on the security thereof, and such Evaluation/Appraisal Vendor’s compensation was not affected by the approval or disapproval of such Mortgage Loan.
