Evaluated definition

Evaluated or “Evaluation” means, with respect to a Deliverable, inspect, test or otherwise evaluate the Deliverable against the applicable Acceptance Criteria, as more fully described in the relevant Statement of Work, or if no Acceptance process is identified in the relevant Statement of Work, in Section 1.2 of Part III of this Exhibit A.
Evaluated or “Evaluation” means, with respect to a Deliverable or Services, to inspect, test or otherwise evaluate the Deliverable against the relevant Acceptance Criteria as more fully described in the relevant Task Order, or if no Acceptance process is identified in the relevant Task Order, in Section 8.4.
Evaluated or “Evaluation” means, with respect to the Software, to inspect, test or otherwise evaluate the Software against the applicable Acceptance Criteria, as more fully described in the Professional Services Agreement.

Examples of Evaluated in a sentence

  • In that event the Procuring Entity may award the Contract to the Tenderer offering the next Best Evaluated Tender.

  • The Procuring Entity shall award the Contract to the successful tenderer whose tender has been determined to be the Lowest Evaluated Tender.

  • Having compared the evaluated prices of Tenders, the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender.

Related to Evaluated

  • Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.

  • Evaluation Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

  • Outcomes means the Health and Wellbeing Outcomes prescribed by the Scottish Ministers in Regulations under section 5(1) of the Act;

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Critical professional work means a cornerstone or fundamental decision, requiring the exercise of sound professional judgement of the effects of a decision within a particular professional field.
