European Swing Loan Lender definition

European Swing Loan Lender means Citibank International plc, in its capacity as provider of European Swing Loans, or any successor European Swing Loan Lender hereunder.

  • Swing Lender means Xxxxx Fargo or any other Lender that, at the request of Borrowers and with the consent of Agent agrees, in such Lender’s sole discretion, to become the Swing Lender under Section 2.3(b) of the Agreement.

  • Swing Loan Note means the Swing Loan Note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1(N)(2) evidencing the Swing Loans, together with all amendments, extensions, renewals, replacements, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or in part.

  • U.S. Revolving Lender means a Lender with a U.S. Revolving Commitment or, if the U.S. Revolving Commitments have terminated or expired, a Lender with U.S. Revolving Exposure.

  • U.S. Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04 as a “U.S. Swingline Loan.”

  • Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-1, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Required Revolving Lenders means, as of any date of determination, Revolving Credit Lenders holding more than 50% of the sum of the (a) Total Revolving Credit Outstandings (with the aggregate amount of each Revolving Credit Lender’s risk participation and funded participation in L/C Obligations and Swing Line Loans being deemed “held” by such Revolving Credit Lender for purposes of this definition) and (b) aggregate unused Revolving Credit Commitments; provided that the unused Revolving Credit Commitment of, and the portion of the Total Revolving Credit Outstandings held or deemed held by, any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Revolving Lenders.
