European Procurement Regulations definition

European Procurement Regulations means the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 or such other Regulations amending, substituting or replacing those Regulations;

  • PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.
