European Borrowers definition

European Borrowers means, collectively, the German Borrower, the Irish Borrowers, the Lux Borrower and the U.K. Borrower.
European Borrowers means the Original European Borrower and the Additional European Borrower.
European Borrowers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory statement to this Agreement.
