EUROLIBOR Loan definition

EUROLIBOR Loan means a Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to EUROLIBOR.
EUROLIBOR Loan means the Term Loan when the interest thereon is determined on the basis of rates referred to in the definition of “EUROLIBOR Rate,” below. All computations of interest for a EUROLIBOR Loan shall be made on the basis of a three hundred sixty (360) day year and the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Such EUROLIBOR Loan shall automatically be renewed on the last day of the current Interest Period for an Interest Period having the same duration as the current Interest Period unless the Borrower provides written notice to the Bank that it elects a different renewal Interest Period not less than two (2) Business Days prior to the expiration of the current Interest Period.

  • The Loan shall automatically convert from a EUROLIBOR Loan to a EURIBOR Loan on the date the Borrower commences, or has commenced against it, any proceeding or request for relief under any bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws now or hereafter in effect in the United States of America or any state or territory thereof or any foreign jurisdiction or any formal or informal proceeding for the dissolution or liquidation of, settlement of claims against or winding up of affairs of the Borrower.

  • Thereafter, the Bank may not maintain the Loan as a EUROLIBOR Loan hereunder until the Bank revokes such notice in writing.

  • Upon such determination and notice, the Bank may convert the EUROLIBOR Loan to a EURIBOR Loan and the Loan shall thereinafter bear interest at a variable rate per annum equal to the EURIBOR Rate in effect from time to time plus the Applicable EURIBOR Rate Margin.

  • Upon inspection of delivered salt, the material shall be uniform in appearance, free flowing and free from visual evidence of foreign matter including but not limited to dirt, stone, chips, trash or any other material that could reasonably be expected to interfere with the use, handling or storage of the salt.

  • LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest, at all times during an Interest Period applicable to such Loan, at a fixed rate of interest determined by reference to the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted).

  • Eurocurrency Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Loan means any Eurocurrency Term Loan or Eurocurrency Revolving Loan.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Interest Period means the Interest Period applicable to a Eurocurrency-based Advance.

  • Offshore Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Offshore Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Prime Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Prime Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Absolute Rate Loan means a Bid Loan that bears interest at a rate determined with reference to an Absolute Rate.
