Eurodollar Market Index Rate definition

Eurodollar Market Index Rate means, for any day, the Eurodollar Rate as of that day that would be applicable for a Eurodollar Rate Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined by Administrative Agent at approximately 9:00 a.m. Pacific time for such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). The Eurodollar Market Index Rate shall be determined by Administrative Agent on a daily basis and in no event shall be less than zero.
Eurodollar Market Index Rate means, with respect to a Swingline Loan, for any day, the sum of (i) the quotient of (a) the Eurodollar Base Rate for an Interest Period of one (1) month, divided by (b) one minus the Reserve Requirement (expressed as a decimal) applicable to such Interest Period, plus (ii) the Applicable Margin.
Eurodollar Market Index Rate means, for any day, the Eurodollar Rate as of that day that would be applicable for a Eurodollar Rate Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 11:00 a.m. for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “Eurodollar Rate”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day. The Eurodollar Market Index Rate shall be determined on a daily basis.

  • All Swingline Loans shall bear interest at the Eurodollar Market Index Rate.

  • Determination of amounts payable under any such Section in connection with a Eurodollar Loan shall be calculated as though each Lender (including the Swingline Lender) funded its Eurodollar Loan through the purchase of a deposit of the type and maturity corresponding to the deposit used as a reference in determining the Eurodollar Rate or Eurodollar Market Index Rate applicable to such Loan, whether in fact that is the case or not.

  • Non-Sweep Revolving Loans may consist of Base Rate Loans, Eurodollar Loans, Eurodollar Market Index Rate Loans, or a combination thereof, as the Borrower may request, and may be repaid and reborrowed in accordance with the provisions hereof; provided, however, that no more than 5 Eurodollar Loans shall be outstanding hereunder at any time.

  • The principal will keep a record of the discussion between themselves, the pupil and the parent/carer.

  • The Eurodollar Market Index Rate shall be adjusted for applicable reserve requirements.

  • If the Borrower requests conversion to or continuation of a LIBOR Loan or a Eurodollar Market Index Rate Loan but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one (1) month.


More Definitions of Eurodollar Market Index Rate

Eurodollar Market Index Rate means, as of any date, the Eurodollar Rate applicable to Eurodollar Loans with one month Interest Periods.
Eurodollar Market Index Rate means, for any day, the rate for one month U.S. dollar deposits, as reported on Telerate page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on such day, or if such day is not a London business day, then the immediately preceding London business day (or if not so reported, then as determined by the Agent from another recognized source or interbank quotation). Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of this Agreement, the Eurodollar Market Index Rate shall in no event be less than 1.00% at any time.
Eurodollar Market Index Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the BBA LIBOR, as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as designated by Administrative Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, for such day for Dollar deposits with a term equivalent to seven days. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “Eurodollar Market Index Rate” shall be the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent to be the rate at which deposits in Dollars in same day funds in the approximate amount of the Base Rate Loan being made by the Reference Bank and with a term of one month would be offered by the Reference Bank’s London Branch to major banks in the London interbank eurodollar market at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such day.
Eurodollar Market Index Rate means, for any day with respect to a Swing Line Loan, the rate per annum equal to the BBA LIBOR, as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as designated by the relevant Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, for such day for Dollar deposits with a term equivalent to seven days. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “Eurodollar Market Index Rate” shall be the rate per annum determined by the Swing Line Lender to be the rate at which deposits in Dollars in same day funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan by the Reference Bank and with a term of one month would be offered by the Reference Bank’s London Branch to major banks in the London interbank eurodollar market at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such day.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, LIBOR as of that day that would be applicable for a LIBOR Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “LIBOR”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day. The LIBOR Market Index Rate shall be determined on a daily basis.

  • Eurodollar Market means a regular established market located outside the United States of America by and among banks for the solicitation, offer and acceptance of Dollar deposits in such banks.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Eurodollar Margin means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Designated Eurodollar Market means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Loan, the London Eurodollar Market.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one-sixteenth of one percent) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for delivery on the first day of and for a period equal to such Interest Period in an amount equal or comparable to the principal amount of the Eurodollar Loan scheduled to be made by each Lender as part of such Borrowing, which appears on the Applicable Telerate Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurodollar Base Rate

  • LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning assigned thereto in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(c) and ending 1, 2, 3 or, if available, 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • Adjusted LIBOR means, for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, a rate per annum determined in accordance with the following formula: Adjusted LIBOR = LIBOR
