Eurocurrency Market definition

Eurocurrency Market means, with respect to any EURO Rate Advance, the London interbank offer market for Dollar and Euro deposits.
Eurocurrency Market means a regular established market located outside the United States of America by and among banks for the solicitation, offer and acceptance of deposits in such banks denominated in the relevant currency.
Eurocurrency Market means, with respect to any EURO Rate Advance, the London interbank offer market for Dollar and Euro deposits. “Eurodollar Rate” means, for any Interest Period for each Eurodollar Rate Advance, an interest rate per annum equal to the offered rate (if any)

  • Eurocurrency Payment Office of the Administrative Agent shall mean, for each Foreign Currency, the office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent for such currency as specified from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Company and each Lender.

  • Eurocurrency Rate means, for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Loan:

The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage.

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.
