The Loans comprising each Eurocurrency Borrowing shall bear interest (i) in the case of a Eurocurrency Revolving Loan, at the Adjusted LIBO Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Rate, or (ii) in the case of a Eurocurrency Competitive Loan, at the LIBO Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus (or minus, as applicable) the Margin applicable to such Loan.
The Interest Period with respect to a Eurocurrency Competitive Loan shall in no case be less than one month’s duration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Lender shall be entitled to request compensation under this Section 3.9 with respect to any Eurocurrency Competitive Loan if said Lender shall have been aware of the charge giving rise to such request at the time of submission of the related Eurocurrency Competitive Loan.
