EUR/USD FX Rate definition
EUR/USD FX Rate means, in respect of any relevant day, the official closing EUR/USD exchange rate, expressed as the amount of USD per EUR 1.00 published by the Fixing Price Sponsor as of the Valuation Time on such day, as published on Bloomberg Page "EURUSD WMCO Curncy" and Reuters Screen "EURUSDFIXM=WM", as determined by the Calculation Agent.
