EU-30 definition

EU-30 means the countries of Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Iceland (i.e., Europe excluding the EU-5 and EU-15).
