ETP Subsidiary Guarantor means Citrus ETP Finance LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and indirect wholly owned Subsidiary of ETP.

  • U.S. Subsidiary Guarantor means each U.S. Subsidiary which has executed and delivered to the U.S. Administrative Agent the U.S. Subsidiary Guaranty (or a supplement thereto).
