ETP Equity Plans definition

ETP Equity Plans means any plans or arrangements of ETP providing for the grant of awards of Common Units or awards valued, in whole or in part, by reference to Common Units, or otherwise relating thereto, including but not limited to, the Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. Amended and Restated 2004 Unit Plan, the Second Amended and Restated Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan and the Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. Amended and Restated 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
ETP Equity Plans means any plans or arrangements of ETP providing for the grant of awards of Common Units or awards valued, in whole or in part, by reference to Common Units, or otherwise relating thereto, including but not limited to, the Second Amended and Restated Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. Amended and Restated 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan and the Energy Transfer Partners, L.L.C. Long-Term Incentive Plan.

Although any Sub-Plan may be designated a separate and independent plan from the Plan in order to comply with applicable local laws, the Absolute Share Limit and the other limits specified in Section 5(b) shall apply in the aggregate to the Plan and any Sub-Plan adopted hereunder.

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).

  • Company PSUs means any performance-based restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Old Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).

  • Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.
