Eton Mortgage means the first priority or (as the case may be) preferred mortgage of the Eton Ship executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by the Eton Borrower in favour of the Security Agent and/or any other Creditors in such form as the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks in their sole discretion) may require;

  • Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Existing Mortgage has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(a)(vi).

  • Group 3 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-3 hereto.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Group 4 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-4 hereto.

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement The Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1996 between MLCC and the Master Servicer.   • Fee Mortgage Any mortgage, pledge agreement, security agreement, assignment of leases and rents, fixture filing or similar document creating or evidencing a lien on Landlord’s interest in the Leased Property or any portion thereof (or an indirect interest therein, including without limitation, a lien on direct or indirect interests in Landlord) in accordance with the provisions of Article XXXI hereof.

  • Group 2 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-2 hereto.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-1 hereto.

  • Aircraft Mortgage means that “Aircraft Mortgage” as defined in Section 4.01(e), as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.

  • Balloon Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that provides for the payment of the unamortized principal balance of such Mortgage Loan in a single payment at the maturity of such Mortgage Loan that is substantially greater than the preceding monthly payment.

  • Group II Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan assigned to Loan Group II with a Stated Principal Balance at origination that may or may not conform to Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxxx Mac loan limits.
