Ethernet Service definition

Ethernet Service or “Service” means a method of switched communication between or among two or more Locations using the Ethernet protocol defined by IEEE 802.3. Ethernet Services may be ordered and provisioned either as On-Net Services or Off-Net Services. Ethernet Service includes, without limitation, the following types of Services:
Ethernet Service means the Cyta Ethernet business connectivity service which offers subscribers access to Cyta’s broadband network.
Ethernet Service means a dedicated packet transport service, conforming to the physical and data transport layers of the international communications model. Ethernet Service may be provided in point-to-point or point-to-multi-point configuration. Ethernet Service bundles the transmission capacity of one to eight DS-1 services. The available bandwidth is set and tested per the requirements of the user.
