ETF Shares definition

ETF Shares means the shares of each ETF Series.

ETF Shares means the non-voting, exchange-traded fund series of shares of an ETF and “ETF Share” means any one of them;

ETF Shares means shares in an Exchange Traded Fund.

Examples of ETF Shares in a sentence

• Due to the nature and purpose of the DTC account, ETF Shares will not receive any special updates from Vanguard’s investment staff.

• A Fund will sell ETF Shares to investors that are (or who purchase through) Authorized Participants, and who pay for their ETF shares by depositing a prescribed basket of securities rather than paying cash.

• The Fund will sell ETF Shares to investors that are (or who purchase through) Authorized DTC Participants, and who pay for their ETF shares by depositing a prescribed basket of securities rather than paying cash.

• None of the Funds that are series of Vanguard Bond Index Funds (see Schedule A) shall permit holders of Investor Shares, Admiral Shares, Signal Shares or Institutional Shares to convert those shares into ETF Shares.

• Except as otherwise provided, a shareholder may convert Investor Shares, Admiral Shares, or Institutional Shares into ETF Shares of the same fund (if available), provided that: (i) the share class out of which the shareholder is converting and the ETF Shares declare and distribute dividends on the same schedule; (ii) the shares to be converted are not held through an employee benefit plan; and (iii) following the conversion, the shareholder will hold ETF Shares through a brokerage account.

More Definitions of ETF Shares

ETF Shares means the underlying shares or shares of any basket ETF, as applicable. “Euroclear operator” means Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear System.

ETF Shares means a Class issued by the ICAV in respect of a Fund which are

ETF Shares means shares of the two non-voting, exchange-traded fund series of shares of the ETF, as applicable, and “ETF Share” means any one of them;

ETF Shares means the shares of each ETF Series. Fund Administrator: means X.X.Xxxxxx Investors Services Co. or such other entity appointed to provide fund administration services to the Funds, as notified by the Trust to Bank in writing.

ETF Shares means a Share or Shares of an exchange traded Class in the capital of the Company (other than Subscriber Shares) entitling the holders to participate in the profits of the Company attributable to the relevant Sub-Fund as described in this Prospectus
