ETC Account definition

ETC Account is a dedicated account linked to an E-tag and the customer must topup this account for the purposes of payment of user fees on the expressway.

ETC Account means an account holding the Trust’s ETC, which, in the discretion of the Sponsor, could be an on-blockchain hot or cold wallet or a collection of accounts or sub-accounts maintained by one or more Security Vendors that represent or relate to on-blockchain ETC accounts that hold the Trust’s ETC.

  • However, at certain times, some or all of ETC Services, and online access to your ETC Account, may not be available due to system maintenance or repairs.

  • RDA may at its discretion reactivate the customer’s ETC Account provided the customer visits the Customer Service Centre and give reasonable explanation and assurances to maintain sufficient balance in the customer’s ETC Account.

  • Once we terminate this Agreement, no further ETC Account transfers or bill payments will be made.

  • It is agreed by both parties that RDA shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage arising out of any error or delay in processing user fees and charging to the customer’s ETC Account (including incorrect user fees).

  • The customer agrees to keeping a safe record of the customer’s ETC Account number and password.

  • Your continued use of ETC Account Services will constitute your acceptance of such changes and agreement to be bound thereby in each instance.
