Estimated NWC Adjustment Amount definition

Estimated NWC Adjustment Amount means the absolute value of the amount (if any) of the difference between the Target Net Working Capital Amount and the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount.
Estimated NWC Adjustment Amount which may be positive or negative, means the Estimated Closing Date Working Capital minus the Working Capital Target.
