Estimated Guest Count definition

Estimated Guest Count means guests are estimated to attend the Event on the Event Date.

  • Caterer reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of staff if the Guaranteed Guest Count is 10% higher or lower that the Estimated Guest Count.

  • Client estimates that the following number of guests will attend the Event: Should the final guest count be above the Estimated Guest Count set forth above, Client will be responsible to pay the next pricing-tier’s Event Fee.
