Estimated Drilling Costs definition

Estimated Drilling Costs has the meaning given to it in Section 2.1.
Estimated Drilling Costs means the estimated cost to drill, equip and complete the Test Well as set forth in Schedule “C” attached hereto;

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • Closing Costs means, collectively, all initial costs and fees that identified above and in Section 16 that Seller agrees to pay to Buyer as consideration for agreeing to enter into this Agreement.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Cost Estimate means the detailed projected expenditure, including material costs and overhead, equipment costs and overhead, labor costs and overhead, and all taxes associated with each major material and service component, required for a line extension. It shall also separately identify any incremental costs associated with providing premium services.   • Leasing Costs means, with respect to a particular Lease, all capital costs, expenses incurred for capital improvements, equipment, painting, decorating, partitioning and other items to satisfy the initial construction obligations of the landlord under such Lease (including any expenses incurred for architectural or engineering services in respect of the foregoing), “tenant allowances” in lieu of or as reimbursements for the foregoing items, payments made for purposes of satisfying or terminating the obligations of the tenant under such Lease to the landlord under another lease (i.e., lease buyout costs), relocation costs, temporary leasing costs, leasing commissions, brokerage commissions, legal, design and other professional fees and costs, in each case, to the extent the landlord is responsible for the payment of such cost or expense under the relevant Lease or any other agreement relating to such Lease.

  • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.
